The best solution for busy families, conscious parents and the go getters wanting to squeeze the most out of life!

These are perfect to have handy in the fridge at all times for a healthy wholesome breakfast, an on the go snack, or top with some fresh fruit for a guilt free dessert.

All you need is some empty clean jars.
Add 1/2 cup of rolled oats.
1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
1 tablespoon of your favourite plant based protein powder (click here to order our fave)
A sprinkle of cinnamon (if using Vanilla)
200ml of rice, almond, coconut or soy milk

Pop in the fridge overnight. Top with fresh fruit and enjoy 🥰🥰
